When hearing the stories of highly successful people, it is easy to become discouraged, believing that success is unattainable due to the standards and struggles people face along the way. However, humanizing success and knowing that everyone struggles to get by keeps you motivated and on your path to success.
In this episode of Hey, I’m Listening, Dr. Joan speaks with Oby Chiapa about Elevating the Visibility of Women Creatives
Oby Chiapa is an Operations Manager at a New York Based Project, Program, and Construction Services Consulting firm. She is an agent for progressive change and believes that people will do better if they have the right resources and encouragement to see them through. In June 2020, she launched a podcast called On the Matterr and her mission is to humanize success by sharing authentic stories of people actively working on their goals.
