Oby Chiapa is an Operations Manager at a New York Based Project, Program, and Construction Services Consulting firm. She is an agent for progressive change and believes that people will do better if they have the right resources and encouragement to see them through. In June 2020, she launched a podcast called On the Matterr and her mission is to humanize success by sharing authentic stories of people actively working on their goals.
