Mentors provide insight into specific professional situations, negotiation tactics, opportunities, and career path goals. Choosing the right person to be your mentor is important based on your career goals and your relationship with them. However, seeking mentorship for the first time can be an unsettling procedure, leaving you with questions such as, "How do you ask to be mentored?" How do you maintain the relationship? How do you follow through?
In this episode of Hey, I’m Listening, Dr. Joan speaks with Jecara Rivera about How to Find a Mentor
