About Ruth Bermudez

Ruth Bermudez founded Afro-Warriors, a Business dedicated to helping black women come together to embrace healing journeys and self-development. For many years, she dealt with on-and-off depression, low self-esteem, and little to no confidence. In early 2019, she surrendered to God. She just wanted to be alone, wanted to heal from past trauma, was tired of being in the same cycle, wanted to find her self-worth, find her glow, and work on being the most unapologetic natural version of herself. Her company is inspired by her own experience with self-forgiveness and her journey toward self-worth and self-love.
