The Black community faces significant challenges, but belief in ourselves and our people is crucial. Real change will only come when our mindset shifts from continually believing we don't have enough to go around to an abundance mindset. By embracing our worth, capabilities, and collective strength, we can actively work toward a brighter future. It is through empowerment, unity, and a determined mindset that we pave the way for lasting progress and equality.
In this episode of Hey, I’m Listening, Dr. Joan speaks with Shireen Spencer about the Challenges Facing the Black Community
