We have the option to remain silent and refrain from expressing ourselves. However, by choosing silence, an entire generation has become disoriented and devoid of the bravery to voice their thoughts. When we surrender our voices to the world, we inadvertently allow space for toxic behaviors and traumas to impact both ourselves and those in our proximity.
