How I lost My Voice At Age Six | Dr. Joan speaks with Valeria Elliot Part 1

We have the option to remain silent and refrain from expressing ourselves. However, by choosing silence, an entire generation has become disoriented and devoid of the bravery to voice their thoughts. When we surrender our voices to the world, we inadvertently allow space for toxic behaviors and traumas to impact both ourselves and those in our proximity.

In this episode of Hey, I’m Listening, Dr. Joan speaks with Valeria Elliot about Losing Her Voice at Age Six

Valeria Elliot better known as Ms. V The Storyteller is a Storyteller, Author, Podcast, Teacher, and Speaker. She lost her voice at the age of six and didn't get it back until she was twenty-three. She started sharing her personal stories with friends and decided to turn them into a Podcast. Her podcast is for anyone who has lost their voice and wants it back. Her stories are personal, and she uses them as a tool to help others who may have gone through the same things as she has.
